Upon completion of testing, various matrices are collected to prepare the test reports. Below are some of the criteria for preparing the reports:

• No. of Tests Passed

• No. of Tests Failed

• No. of Test Failed based on each module

• No. of Test Defects Raised during the execution cycle

• No. of Test Defects Accepted

• No. of Test Defects Rejected

• No. of Test Defects Deferred

• Status of Active defects
